Sports is an essential and integral part of every human being Not only do the students excel in studies, but their sporting achievements are also worthy. Basketball, Badminton, Hockey, Tennis, Volleyball and other Sports. If sports & games are properly instituted in every organization, there will not be much physical suffering in this world keeping in mind; we encourage every student to take part in sports. We give special attention and training to students who want to build their career in any sports field.

SPORTS INCHARGE

We strongly believe that celebrating sports day is necessary to prove women students are growing strong in both physically and mentally. Every year we conduct sports day in our campus in a grand manner to bring out the physical toughness and to make them active. Students from all the departments participate in unity. They were divided into groups and group names will be chosen by them. We conduct many indoor games like Carom, Chess and outdoor games like Long jump, Short put, Kho-kho, Ball badminton, Kabadi, Volley ball, Throw ball, Ring ball, Javelin throw and Discuss throw. The sports day event begins with the lighting of the Athletic torch followed by March past, also we conduct relay of 100mts, 200mts and 400mts for the students and games for the teaching and non-teaching staff. The prize achievers are appreciated and awarded by the chief guests. The chief guests who took part in the event are Mr. Sathish DRO, Dr Amuldoss, Physical Director,Thiruvallur University, Sri K.R.Senthil Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri, Sri K.R.Senthil Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri, Sri.S.Eswaramurthi,Deputy Superintendent of police, Bargur, Mr R.Asokan, RTO, Vaniyambadi, Mr D.Magesh Kumar I.P.S, Krishnagiri,District, Mr S.R.N.Muthuchezhiyan Thashildar,  Bargur, Mr.Samsudhan, VAO, Mr.M.Selvam, Mr R.Chellapan EX-Physical Director St Antony High school ,Elathagiri. The event ends with delicious banquet. The outstanding achievers in sports and games conducted zonal / state / national level are tabulated.
