Ms. Bavithra, a yoga therapist, invited and asked organise a one-day session for the whole campus community on May 18. Around 1100 students learned the fundamentals of yoga as well as a few key yoga asanas for health and wellness. Students were enthused and learned to drill at home on a daily basis. To maintain their physical and mental fitness, the students were asked to write essays, draw yoga visuals, create charts, and so on. This event organized entirely by the physical directress Ms. Poonkodi and NSS unit.
